From July 2011 to March 2012, the Columbia County Library Evans branch checked out over 438,000 books to its patrons (174,000 of which were adult books, and 194,000 of which were kids books!) We surpassed the biggest library in the ECGRL area (the Downtown Library) with the number of check-outs by nearly 200,000! Combined, the check outs for all three Columbia County branches reached 564,000! Way to go Columbia County! Keep on reading!
